Fort Stockton is celebrating its 87th Annual Water Carnival from July 13 to 15, drawing residents and visitors alike to James Rooney Memorial Park for a weekend of festive activities. This long-standing tradition, organized by the Fort Stockton Chamber of Commerce, features a variety of events including parades, games, and water-themed entertainment.
